Course Pengantar Fiqh Muamalah

This course discusses the basic concept of Muamalah Fiqh related on the difference between fiqh and syariah, the foundation and the law source in Islam, the Madzhab development in Islam, the wealth in Islam perspective, the rights concept in Islam, the ownership and the causes, the covenant/transaction in Syariah economy, Halal Haram concept in fiqh muamalah, and muamalah fiqh development in Indonesia. The learning method used is Contextual Teaching and Learning, that is holistic contextual teaching and purposed to help students to understand the meaning of the subject matters by connecting the materials and the daily life context (Individual context, social and cultural). Besides, debate method is also used to develop the student academic ability.
