Course Description
This course discusses basic molecular biology techniques which include isolation of DNA, RNA and proteins; electrophoretic visualization techniques and spectrophotometric analysis; electrophoresis, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), sequencing, gene editing, blotting techniques, and application of molecular biology analysis techniques in various fields of life.
