Constitutional Law Theory Course

This course is an understanding of constitutional theories both in terms of constitutional function, understanding of the constitution, classification of constitutions such as written and unwritten constitutions, material content of the constitution, binding force of the constitution and constitutional changes both formal and non-formal.
