Course Description
Strategic management courses focus on strategy concepts and the process of strategy formulation, formation, implementation and evaluation. The scope of discussion in this course includes; determining strategic direction or vision (mission, vision, values and objectives), external environmental analysis, identification of internal resources and capabilities, strategic development and selection at corporate, business and functional levels, strategy implementation and execution; and strategic evaluation and control. Students are developed to have the ability to think strategically, make strategic decisions and view various business issues from a company-wide perspective.

- Mampu menunjukkan nilai-nilai etika di bidang akuntansi dan keuangan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dalam manajemen strategik
- Mampu mengkombinasikan kompetensi teknikal dan keahlian profesional untuk merancang serta membuat keputusan secara tepat dalam konteks penyelesaian masalah berdasarkan hasil analisis data
- Mampu menyusun, menyajikan, menganalisis dan menginterprestasi laporan keuangan dan non keuangan dengan mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan untuk tujuan pengambilan keputusan pada level strategis sesuai Kode Etik Profesi dengan dukungan teknologi informasi
