Course Micronutrient Metabolism

Study the basics of molecular biology and the relationship between nutrients and genes and their relationship to disease, which includes cell structure, chromosome molecular structure, DNA replication, transcription, translation, regulation of gene expression, and gene expression factors related to nutrients and disease.
