Course Description
This course examines the application of microbiology concepts in the industrial sector which includes microbial criteria that can be used in the industrial sector, optimization of microbial growth for production, microbiological monitoring of industrial products, bioreactors, microbes that play a role in the industrial sector and their products, as well as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. Food production uses the services of microbes. Microbes spoil food and cause poisoning. This course is presented in theoretical and practical form.
