This course explores human resources from an Islamic perspective, emphasizing how to align HR practices with Islamic economic principles. Students will delve into various aspects of human resource management (HRM), including planning, recruitment, performance appraisal, and ethical considerations based on Islamic jurisprudence. The course is designed to help students understand the strategic role of human resources (‘Insani Resources‘) in driving organizational success while adhering to Islamic values.
