In this course students will study Introduction to SPK in organizations (the concept of SPK, managers in decision making), Analysis and Modeling (Intelligence, Design, Choice, Implementation phases), the process of how decisions are taken (SPK development strategy, designing, building, and implementation) , and create a decision support system for the given problems.
