Materials Fabrication Methods Course

In this lecture various methods of material fabrication are discussed with appropriate methods: top-down processes, bottom-up processes such as sol-gel; co-precipitation, green-synthesis and so on; also various methods of fabricating thin film materials using CVD, Sputtering and electrospining techniques.

Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan metode ekstraksi material fungsional berbasis bahan alam seperti: SiO2, TiO2, MgO, Fe3O4, dsb.

Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan metode fabrikasi material lapisan tipis dengan teknik CVD, MBE dan Sputtering.

Mahasiswa mampu menyusun artikel Ilmiah hasil telaah pada jurnal-jurnal ilmiah bereputasi, dengan topik-topik: fabrikasi nanopartikel menggunakan metode tertentu: top-down, atau bottom-up process
