Course Description
Study of chemical analysis qualitatively and quantitatively in terms of chemical structure, energetics and analysis based on the working principles of several Spectrophotometer and Chromatography instruments accompanied by supporting laboratory activities so that students are able to master related concepts, are skilled in using tools, are able to collaborate and be responsible and can communicate knowledge and scientific skills
Program Objectives (PO)
- Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan dasar-dasar dan prinsip-prinsip spektroskopi dan kromatografi, termasuk spektroskopi UV-Visible, spektroskopi serapan atom, spektroskopi inframerah, dan spektrofluorometri
- Mahasiswa mampu melakukan teknik-teknik pemisahan menggunakan metode kromatografi dan spektroskopi dalam konteks analisis kimia yang sesuai berdasarkan karakteristik sampel yang dianalisis
- Mahasiswa dapat mengaplikasikan metode spektroskopi dan kromatografi untuk menganalisis sampel menggunakan teknik spektroskopi dan kromatografi serta menginterpretasikan hasil analisis tersebut
- Mahasiswa dilatih untuk berpikir kritis dalam menyelesaikan masalah terkait analisis kimia menggunakan teknik-teknik yang dipelajari
