Course Description
This course is a study in the field of psychology which specifically discusses the application of psychology in the industrial and organizational fields including research methods in educational psychology, individual differences, individual personal concepts and their relationship to industry and organizations, relating to work motivation, job satisfaction, stress. work, work communication, perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, work engagement, and work involvement
