Study of Labor Law Course

This course generally discusses various basic concepts of labor; discrimination and employment opportunities; work relationship; worker protection and wages; industrial relations; supervision and employment; criminal provisions and administrative sanctions; and the labor movement. Lectures are carried out using a system of case analysis, presentations and discussions.
