Law Islamic Marriage and Family Law Course

The Marriage Law course in Indonesia is an expertise course for Sharia Faculty students which discusses the basic concepts of Indonesian Islamic law and the substance of the rules relating to marriage issues. The substance of the rules is discussed from the Munakahat Fiqh material and its dynamics when they become positive rules. Continuity and Changes and the perspective of gender justice in Islam are the framework for thinking in this course.
