This course is a practical course in creating fashion fashion designs according to the theme, especially the practice of creating fashion designs for Ready-To-Wear. The discussion begins with forming a committee, preparing a proposal for fashion show activities (final work), and preparing a final portfolio of works. Then take measurements of the model/mannequin and mannequin. The next stages are making a large pattern according to the size of the model (mannequin), cutting the material, sewing using the right sewing technique, fitting, pressing, and finishing techniques. The final stage of the practical activity is to assess the results of the practice (Fashion Show) using industry assessment standards. The course implementation uses an individual and classical approach in the form of Project Work and Cooperative Learning, which is equipped with the use of two-dimensional media, and projection media in the form of multimedia (LCD) as well as giving assignments within the practical scope of making bridal clothing.
