Course Description
Industrial psychology discusses aspects of individual behavior and their interactions between individuals in groups in an organization. The discussion of this course emphasizes the level of individuals and groups which will later have an impact on organizational activities from behavioral aspects. This course examines topics that include motivation, reward, and punishment, communication in groups, conflict, and decision-making models in organizations. The learning method applied in this course uses the Student-Centered Learning (SCL) approach in which students become subjects of learning that are expected to be more active in the learning process. The learning strategy is Problem Based Learning (PBL) by finding and analyzing cases that occur within the organization by using a theoretical approach and the results of relevant empirical studies.
