Course Description
Study the meaning of organizational communication, organizational communication approaches, organizational communication functions, components of organizational communication processes, communication models, communication traditions, and types of communication related to receiving and delivering messages from interpersonal communication to cyber media communication.

- Mahasiswa mampu memahami konsep dasar komunikasi organisasi
- Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi fungsi-fungsi komunikasi organisasi
- Mahasiswa mampu menggambarkan model-model komunikasi organisasi
- Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi alur komunikasi vertikal, horisontal, diagonal dalam organisasi
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami komunikasi antar budaya dalam organisasi
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami dan mengelola konflik dalam organisasi, serta memahami konsep kepemimpinan dalam organisasi
