This course is an optional skills course for students of the Mathematics Education Masters study program and is a self-innovative study. After attending this lecture, students are expected to have an understanding in carrying out analysis-synthesis of problems and/or problematics in learning mathematics. It is hoped that innovative solutions to problems and/or problematics in mathematics learning can support and improve the quality of the topics raised in the preparation of a master‘s thesis. This innovative solution includes a minimum of two components: structure and depth of teaching materials, learning, assessment and evaluation, learning media, and development of learning tools. Lecture material includes the importance of understanding innovation, the importance of innovation in the field of mathematics education, conducting studies on problems in mathematics education, reputable and feasible innovations carried out to solve mathematics education problems, as well as the development of new innovations in the field of mathematics education.
