These studies are expected to be implemented in relation to the management system of early childhood education (PAUD), primary and secondary education in an effective and efficient education management system. Students are expected to understand conceptually the management system analysis PAUD, primary and secondary education, including research results and novelty (aspects of novelty) both substantively and methodologically which can be studied and used as models or comparison material to support the writing of a dissertation writing a chapter review includes: (A) summary content based on the chapter studied (see the final abilities of each learning stage/lesson material); (B) the advantages of the concept/theory studied; (C) practical application of the theory studied in relation to the PAUD management system; , primary and secondary education; (D) what things need to be improved/improved/developed for future/further school management; (E) what the results are in the author‘s opinion; (F) the author‘s new offer is based on the results of literature studies and relevant previous research results; (G) recommended model offered in the form of a context diagram. Lectures are held in the form of giving assignments to be presented in class seminars, carried out using an online and offline lecture system (synchronous and asynchronous) through learning platforms, either through zoom meetings, Google Meet, WA Group, presentations, discussions, assignments and reflections (things- what things have been understood and what things have not been understood) as well as strengthening the course.
