Course Description

This course aims to provide students with an understanding of various matters relating to lawyers and the process of resolving problematic matters, both litigation and non-litigation. This Law of Advocacy course contains the rules relating to advocates that apply in Indonesia and their principles. Apart from that, it also describes law firm management and its services to its clients.
