This course provides the ability to understand DC generators, DC motors, Synchronous Generators, Induction Generators, Synchronous Motors, Asynchronous Motors, and single-phase motors, including: definition, working principles, parts and functions, windings, basic quantities, characteristics, losses, efficiency, including generator voltage regulation and slip in induction motors. This course also provides students with experience, knowledge, skills and attitudes in working together to solve actual daily problems related to generators and electric motors in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
