This course provides an understanding of the concepts, techniques and methods of identifying learning needs and resources for individuals, institutions and society, as well as their use for planning non-formal education programs in society. Lectures are carried out by providing explanations, discussions, assignments and practicums. The indicator of success in this course is that students are able to identify and map the learning needs of society according to the potential that exists in that society, then students are able to develop appropriate non-formal education programs.
