Course Description
The meaning and objectives of traffic management are stages of implementing traffic management, identification of traffic problems, traffic management strategies, traffic management techniques, capacity management, priority management, demand management, environmentally sound management, local area management, road section management, management. road networks, traffic evaluation methods, and traffic survey techniques. Traffic survey techniques contain basic understanding of traffic, basic traffic laws, characteristics of traffic components, basic theories of traffic flow, traffic surveys, intersections and junction control, capacity and level of service on roads, and roundabout performance.
