Course Description
This course discusses studying basic statistical concepts for quantitative research.This course is a basic course supporting psychological research and measurement.
Program Objectives (PO)
- Able to utilize ICT to track information, argumentation, and critical analysis related to statistics
- Able to distinguish and formulate various types data and definitions of statistics, show, interpret and calculate frequency distributions
- Compile, formulate and determine the arrangement of frequency tables, relative frequency distributions, cumulative frequency distributions, frequency distribution graphs and frequency curves
- Identify central value measures, calculate and interpret the mode, mean, median and other central value measures, identify and apply positional measures
- Identify and apply dispersion measures, empirical rules, standard numbers, Probability, and time series
