Course Description
This course discusses improving health through simple early detection and holistic development of education for early childhood including health and nutrition education which includes basic concepts of nutrition, basic knowledge of health and disease, child safety and security, and immunization. This course also discusses an introduction to selecting food ingredients, good food processing techniques, the need for balanced food and nutrition, as well as planning and assessing the composition of food for children and developing an introduction to ethics in eating. The learning strategies used are lectures, project-based learning, group discussions, demonstrations

- Memiliki kemampuan deteksi dini permasalahan Kesehatan pada anak usia dini
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat menu makanan sehat untuk anak usia dini
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan P3K pada anak usia diini
