Conducting a study of Organizational Theory in Educational Management based on organizational concepts, personal and social considerations, division of tasks and authority, staffing and organizational dynamics, as well as understanding non-profit organizations in the field of education/schooling, as well as functional management of non-profit organizations -profit in the implementation of Educational Management with special attention given to problems and issues that arise in educational organizations.
