This course focuses on increasing students‘ understanding and knowledge of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics, so that this understanding can be used to solve problems and make decisions for human progress. This course uses two approaches, project-based and problem-based with an emphasis on Project Based Learning. In the middle of the first semester, students are asked to critically identify problems in society, search for and offer solutions to these problems by integrating STEAM knowledge components in the learning context. In the middle of the last semester, they will use the integration patterns they have experienced to design simple STEAM activity designs for students.
