This course provides students with knowledge about strategic management processes in general and those based on sharia, so that later it can be useful for students when they work and become managers. This course will discuss the vision and mission based on the rules and sharia of an organization, analysis of the environment, both the external environment and the internal environment of the organization, several strategic alternatives both at the corporate level, business unit level and functional level. Managers in carrying out their functions will be concerned with planning and control, both operational and strategic. Therefore, it is necessary to have knowledge about planning and controlling activities (business) that will be carried out based on sharia.
