This course studies the ins and outs of organizational behavior in the context of Islamic economics. Students will explore various aspects of individual, group, and organizational behavior to understand the dynamics of effective organizational functioning. This course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and make meaningful contributions to organizations while upholding Islamic principles and values. Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK) describe specific learning outcomes that are tailored to the course objectives. Through a series of Sub-CP Courses (Sub-CPMK), students will progress from understanding the basics of organizational behavior to analyzing complex problems such as power dynamics, conflict and organizational culture. Each Sub-CPMK is designed to correlate with the overall PRODI Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL-PRODI), thereby ensuring alignment with program objectives. For example, Sub-CPMK1 focuses on understanding course structure and learning contracts, directly related to CPL-1 (S) regarding individual responsibility and accountability.
