This course is a continuation of financial management I. This course is more about development, namely analyzing long-term securities, company capital costs and capital budgeting for investment appraisal. Risk analysis focuses on business and financial risks. Then the discussion deepens into transaction mechanisms in the capital market and the role of related institutions. Next, analyze dividend policy and issues related to corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, take overs, leveraged buy outs. Leasing or financing decisions are also provided to provide alternative spending decisions. Learning is carried out cooperatively and in field studies.
