This course will provide an overview of sports psychology which involves the application of psychological theories in sports performance and health. Topics will include how sports psychologists work with athletes and teams in motivation, concentration, personality, decision making based on important approaches in sports psychology. Lectures are conducted to measure the achievement of learning competencies using a problem based learning approach, discussions, questions and answers, assignments. The problem-based learning approach requires students to be able to discuss solving problems and present in groups and prepare reports well.
