Solving Techniques Criminal Cases Course

The Case Solving Techniques course functions to build the scientific skills (ars) of every law student in the context of legal problem solving. The structure of the material contains strengthening material regarding concepts, theories and dogmatics of public and private law, both material and formal, and ultimately methods in legal research and argumentation.
