Procedural Law Military Justice Course

This course aims to provide students with an understanding of various matters relating to Military Criminal Law and the procedural process. This Military Criminal Procedure Law course contains military criminal rules, both material and formal, that apply in Indonesia along with their principles, such as the principles of legality, temporis delicti, retroactivity, one command and so on. Apart from that, it also describes criminal acts, sanctions, abolition of crimes, reductions and aggravations of crimes regulated in the KUHPM. The history and principles of the application of the KUHPM are given before explaining military criminal acts. Followed by the military criminal proceedings in accordance with the Criminal Code. Then it closes by analyzing the weaknesses of the KUHPM and KUHAPM.
