Inheritance law Course

This course invites students to think logically, critically, and solutions in studying inheritance and the inheritance system that applies in Indonesia, inheritance in national civil law, inheritance according to law and testaments, classification of heirs, variations in the inheritance system BW, understanding illegitimate children, the position of illegitimate children in inheritance, legal inheritance of adopted children, Basic Islamic Inheritance Law, Kinship System in Islamic Inheritance, principles and elements in Islamic inheritance, the size of each heir‘s share, customary kinship systems, customary inheritance systems, Plaatsvervullings (Replacement of Inheritance ) in customary inheritance law. understand the existence of customary inheritance in positive law in Indonesia. Lectures are carried out using the Case Method model and assessments are carried out by performance.
