This course studies and provides an understanding of the basics of economic law to form students‘ insight and ability to analyze cases related to economic law and their impact on policies governing Indonesia‘s economic development. This course is a basis for studying courses based on economic development activities (for example, technology transfer law, investment law, banking, capital markets, etc.).
