Course Description

The Civil Execution Law course is a discussion of the enforcement of decisions in civil cases and gross deeds by force. In relation to implementation, the substance in this course develops students‘ abilities in analyzing various types of legal documents that can be used as a basis for execution. Meanwhile, forcible sentence formulation is related to the discussion in this course which develops the analytical skills of subjects who can become applicants, parties who can carry out executions, types of executions, stages and conditions for executions, resistance to executions.
