This course is an eclectic course, a combination of ethics and aesthetics. After completing this course, students are expected to be able to practice noble moral values in their daily lives. It is hoped that this ethics and aesthetics lecture can foster students‘ noble morals. For this reason, the material includes: conscience as a moral phenomenon, freedom and responsibility, values and norms, rights and obligations, being a human being with noble character, real aesthetics, Indonesian literary aesthetics, spiritual aesthetics, mystical aesthetics, aesthetics as a philosophy of beauty. The details include the meaning, sources, and goals of ethics; the relationship between ethics and manners; man‘s obligations to himself, to his family, society, and to his creator; praiseworthy and despicable qualities; humans move towards perfection; a holy and sinless human character; freedom and control; human spiritual needs; as well as criteria for the moral value of actions.
