Stylistics Basic Reading Course

The Stylistics course is the basis for students‘ understanding of language styles in literary works. Lecture material includes the development of stylistic theory and its basic principles, the definition of style, and the types and functions of linguistic style in literary works. Students will also be introduced to examples of forms of application of literary work analysis using stylistic theory. In the end, students can apply the knowledge they have gained as an alternative choice for their final research assignment (thesis).
