This course discusses concepts related to aspects of human resources and employment from a geographical approach. Topics studied in Human Resources include quality, quantity, distribution and factors that influence them. The study was also carried out to find alternative policies in the field of employment as a solution to overcome existing problems in supporting economic development growth. Human resources can be seen in terms of population and workforce, which can then be analyzed using population and employment analysis. This course also provides additional competency provisions, namely in order to help understand and overcome alternative policy problems related to employment, especially in analyzing population and labor.
