Course Description

This lecture material consists of the basic concepts of textile crafts (understanding, objectives and benefits of textile crafts), making new textile products in structural design (crochet, knit, macaome, and tapestry) and in surface design (hand painting, air brush, creping, jumputan, batik and screen printing) as well as creating personal projects applying the principles of structure and surface design to a piece of clothing. Learning is carried out with a scientific approach. Practical activities use the project based learning model to create new textile products based on the principles of structure and surface design in a fashion work
