Management Course

Conduct studies and provide an understanding of the role of organization and management. This course is an introduction to management and organization and their application. The discussion begins with the concepts of management, organization, management and managers, the organizational environment which is deepened by discussing managerial functions consisting of Planning, Organizing, Driving and Supervising in an organization.
