This course discusses the basic concepts of organizational science which include the characteristics of organizations, the elements contained in organizations, understanding organizations as systems, organizational structures, organizational structure models, knowing theories related to organizations, organizational environments, organizational effectiveness measurement models, and group behavior in organizations. Learning is carried out using a problem based learning approach model, while the methods used are discussion and assignments.
