Course Description
Discussion of the concept of nutrition education, nutrition education planning starting from problem identification, preparing tools, determining targets, developing materials, determining strategies which include selecting learning methods and techniques as well as methods for evaluating and monitoring nutrition education; education and behavior change which includes knowledge, attitudes and practices, as well as factors that influence changes in food, nutrition and health behavior. Learning activities are carried out through learning experiences, lectures, discussions and assignments
Program Objectives (PO)
- Mahasiswa memahami konsep pendidikan gizi dan pembelajaran yang bertujuan mendorong terjadinya perilaku positif yang berhubungan dengan aspek sosio budaya, perilaku, kebiasaan makan masyarakat
- Mahasiswa mampu merancang perangkat pembelajaran pendidikan gizi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat secara sistematis
- Mahasiswa mampu mengaplikasikan konsep dan menerapkan pendidikan gizi secara bertanggungjawab guna menyelesaikan masalah gizi di masyarakat
