Course Description
This course discusses the concept and substance of HR management activities carried out in an organization which includes the concept and evolution of HR, job analysis, HR planning and procurement, HR recruitment and selection process, HR orientation and placement process, HR training and career development, career planning and development. HR, HR performance assessment, HR compensation, industrial relations, work productivity and termination of HR employment, HR audit. Lectures are carried out using a system of lectures, discussions and assignments.
