Course Description
The Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure course is a study of material criminal law including: understanding criminal law, knowledge of criminal law, interpretation of criminal law, provisions of Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, application of criminal law according to location, application of law. punishment according to time, criminal acts, dolus and culpa, wederrechtlijkheid, elimination of punishment and prosecution, force majeure, noodweer, statutory regulations and office orders, trials, perpetrators and participants, samenloop. This also includes a study of formal criminal law, namely a series of rules that cover the process from investigation to punishment. The connection with the Study Program will equip students to be able to teach material and formal criminal law within the framework of analysis in Civics learning.
