Course Description

Use of relevant theories and research results to design, develop and create creative and innovative language and literature learning pedagogical models in order to solve contemporary language and literature learning problems according to didactical and methodical principles of language and literature learning as alternative language and literature learning pedagogical models. The topics of this course include the philosophical foundations of language and literature learning, approaches and methods of language and literature learning, didactics and methods of language and literature learning, developments and predictions of future trends in language and literature learning through independent study, presentations, discussions, or publications with The final product is a paper/article.

Program Objectives (PO)

  • 1. Memanfaatkan ipteks untuk merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra sesuai dengan didaktika dan metode bidang pendidikan bahasa dan sastra serta berbasis riset bidang kebahasaan dan kesastraan; dan terampil mengelola dan mengembangkan riset bidang pendidikan bahasa dan sastra, serta bidang kebahasaan dan kesastraan yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan keilmuan
  • 2. Menguasai konsep teoretis kebahasaan dan kesastraan dan penerapannya dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra; dan menguasai konsep pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan bahasa dan sastra serta perangkatnya
  • 3. Mengambil keputusan strategis dalam konteks penyelesaian masalah bidang pendidikan bahasa dan sastra, serta bidang kebahasaan dan kesastraan dengan menerapkan nilai humaniora berdasarkan kajian ilmiah terhadap informasi dan data dan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas menjadi pebelajar mandiri bidang pendidikan bahasa dan sastra, serta bidang kebahasaan dan kesastraan
