Mastering the study of basic concepts of human body function when carrying out sports activities and related to environmental changes which include: basic concepts of thermoregulation, heat adaptation, hydration strategies for training, exposure to cold air, breath-hold diving, hyperbaric physiology, physiology of acute hypoxia, altitude physiology , training at altitude, training in polluted environments, chronobiology, cross-adaptation and sex differences to environmental changes. Lectures are conducted to measure the achievement of learning competencies using a problem based learning approach, discussions, questions and answers, assignments. The problem-based learning approach requires students to be able to discuss solving problems and present in groups and prepare reports well. Assessment is carried out by performance, written tests and portfolios.
