The Human Resources (HR) Computer Applications course is given to undergraduate students in HR Management concentration to learn computer skills that are useful in the field of human resources, including: Word 13 form letters and mail merge, Excel 13 design of worksheets, Publisher 13 desktop publishing, and Access 13 database design. Through this course, students will learn to use computer applications to support activities within the scope of human resources. The learning method applied is practicum in a computer laboratory with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Access software. The learning strategy applied is problem based learning, where students are assigned to apply computer applications according to problems or projects related to human resources. . The output of this course is in the form of assignments which are collected at the end of each lecture and at the end of the semester.
