Providing knowledge about interdisciplinary relationships between linguistics and its applications and other fields. This course has a weight of 4 credits. The study areas of this course include linguistic material, phonology, morphology, syntax, discourse, semantics, applied linguistics, pragmatics, teaching, skills and language research which are presented as seminar material. Lectures include theory and practice in a ratio of 40:60. In practical activities, students work individually, in pairs or in groups to analyze and synthesize in order to solve problems, both linguistic problems and teaching applied in German. Students are also asked to do individual assignments to analyze a problem in language teaching. Evaluation of this course consists of Mid-Semester Exams and Final Semester Exams, class participation, assignments and assignment presentations.
