Conduct studies and provide an understanding of the concept and scope of population geography, benefits, population theories, structure and population processes of a region as well as data sources on population composition and growth, mortality and death tables, fertility, migration, population problems and problem solving, and population policy. Learning is carried out for one semester using a problem base learning approach with demonstration methods, discussions, practicums and individual and group assignments. Assessment is carried out through written tests, performance and portfolios.
