The Learning for Deaf Children course is a course that provides understanding and knowledge, as well as experience and skills to students through concepts, strategies, methods, techniques and alternative communication methods for deaf children including the MMR method, audiovisual, heart to heart conversation (perdati), ideovisual reading , teaching grammar for deaf children, communication alternatives for deaf children, as well as techniques for implementing learning for deaf children as well as the ability to plan, apply, evaluate and analyze the application of strategies, methods and learning techniques for deaf children and equip students to be able to make decisions and apply them in learning and finding alternative solutions in solving learning problems for deaf children both in special schools and inclusive schools. Lectures are carried out using a system of presentations, discussions, project assignments and reflection.
